Semi-Private Classes
​Each session is grounded in the classical Pilates principles, prioritizing concentration, control, flow, centering, precision and the connection between breath and movement. Expect some playful contemporary surprises designed to keep your body challenged and your mind engaged. Our instructors provide personalized guidance, ensuring you perform each exercise with accuracy and purpose.

They are designed for clients who take their wellbeing seriously—who value intention over intensity, presence over performance, and seek real results alongside a deeper understanding of their body.

Pilates is a complete system of exercises designed to strengthen the body and guide controlled movement of the spine across a variety of apparatus. Our small group classes progressively guide you through the Pilates method, working with a full range of high-end Pilates equipment—including the Cadillac, Tower, Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Spine Corrector—to offer a truly comprehensive, full-body experience.
