Working in a private 1:1 session is the most effective way to focus on your unique needs, challenges and personal goals.

Duet 2:1
Pair up with someone you love training with and experience the benefits of Pilates in a duet private session.
Semi-Private Classes

Expect a workout that leaves you feeling stretched, strong, and energized. Our semi-private classes are limited to six participants, ensuring a truly personal experience. These sessions are intimate, hands-on, and tailored to both you and the group.​
