This signature Cadillac Semi-Private Class is designed to lengthen, strengthen, and energize your entire body. Using spring resistance, this dynamic session blends classical pilates mat work with the added challenge of the Tower & Cadillac, helping to sculpt a lean, balanced physique and improve posture.
Expect to build a deeper connection with your body as you work on alignment, mobility, and control. Each movement is powered from your core—you control the springs, not the other way around! This class helps you to reconnect with your body, leaving you grounded, energized, uplifted, and a few centimeters taller.
Wunda Chair +
Spine Corrector Class
This Semi-Private Class combines the Wunda Chair with the Spine Corrector for a well-rounded, full-body workout.
Small in size but big on impact, the Wunda Chair offers a challenging workout that strengthens, tones, and enhances body control. Its spring-loaded design supports a wide range of movements that activate your core, improve flexibility, and build full-body stability. The Spine Corrector complements this by gently opening the body and releasing deep-seated tension. Together, these apparatuses work harmoniously to restore balance and alignment throughout the body.


Mat Pilates Class
Grounded in Joseph Pilates’ original sequence, this class blends the precision, control, and core focus of classical mat work with a modern twist to keep your practice fresh and inspiring.
